Refund policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts are not eligible for a return.

- Shipping Protection (non-refundable once an order has shipped)
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return Email us mkypton@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
